Summer is officially here: What a month April was, trails turned to Talcum Powder and our ice machine is now having a well earned break. We are still serving out over 30 kilos of cheese a week not to mention the number of Eggs Birchgrove are supplying us for the Tortilla. We Will be trying some lovely summer recipes soon to add fuel for your next loop.
